How it Works

CablePAC accepts contributions from individuals and distributes these contributions to candidates seeking election to State offices who will be drafting and voting on important legislation having a direct effect on the cable industry in Texas – in short,  the PAC assists in electing candidates who are interested in and support the cable industry’s issues.

The Trustees of CablePAC, the president, vice president and a committee selected by TCA Board will make every effort to examine all candidates for the State Legislature and other State offices to decide which candidates deserve the support of CablePAC.

Other Ways to Participate in the Process

Get to know the candidates. Educate them on cable issues that are impacting the telecommunications environment in the state. Volunteer for campaigns.
